Purchase of a license allows:

Access to the Web site for a period of 12 months for the named users designated by the purchasing individual or organization ("the Customer").

BARC ("the Owner") may suspend or discontinue access to the Web site without notice and pursue any other remedy legally available if the users fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions in this agreement. If access to the site is exceeded an invoice for the full amount of the relevant license will be raised.

If any of the users leave the employment of the Customer, their password can be cancelled and a new password issued to a named successor for the remainder of any subscription period.

It does not allow:

The users or Customer to publish, sell or distribute in any form or format, any part of the material on the Web site without the prior permission of the Owner.

Access by an individual other than the user designated by the Customer.

Transfer of the password from any user to another individual without the authorization of the Owner.

The BI Verdict user licenses are non refundable. All the intellectual property and copyright in the Website are and will remain the property of the Owner.

Excerpts from any part of The BI Verdict Web site may only be re-published or quoted by obtaining permission to do so from BARC.
